Sandy,

Here's my guess: We are going to see something very interesting happen as more and more teachers share their ideas. Many teachers who are quiet in front of colleagues are wonderful teachers in the classroom, using incredibly creative activities to help their students learn and think about important ideas. These teachers, however, may have been hesitant to speak before their colleagues. They may have had individual proclivities that diminished from the power of their ideas when voiced in public. These teachers, who have been effective in the classroom, will now be able to be effective amongst their peers, both near and far, as well.

Just a thought, from somebody who believes he has good ideas but sometimes fears that the ideas become weaker from the way that they are presented, in person.
